I has been so curious and disappointed all the information about the Operating Room “ OR” everything they do mentioned is so important; ,a lot stress big responsibility with the patients to be ready for electives surgery, emergency surgery Trauma level etc. All the departments related the OR working together for a good CARE and SAFETY , it’s so important, but it’s one area is completely ignored, no one’s refer to “ Instruments Room “ also equipment, some hospitals it’s part the OR ; the instrument technician we has to take a course, medical terminology, learning about each instruments for all the services, continue education, be certified, attend seminars be part of the team , the training it’s not that easy ; but if you like it work with instruments, scopes , and equipments etc. etc. It’s very challenging. And the most important thing Sterilization Technique and everything handles with care and be prepared and always have everything ready for surgery’s and never say you don’t know , be alert that’s will be the best performance also fallows all the protocols. “Instruments Room “ is very important in the OR the technicians working very effective and hard , we all important in the TEAM.

I always flush lumens from both openings after using a pipe cleaner or brush to dislodge contaminants the brush may not have picked up (such as clips that get stuck in pedi suctions). Excellent video btw!
